How to assemble the Power Pedals
-
STEP 1: Fit the metal gasket to the toe cage and attach to the pedal using 2 screws. Use a Philips (cross head) screw driver to tighten the screws. Do not over tighten. Repeat the process for each pedal.

STEP 2: Feed the foot strap through the underside of the pedal and join the buckle at the side.
How to install the Pedals on a bike

STEP 3: Attach the Right Pedal to the Right Crank: Tighten the Right Pedal Clockwise (facing the pedal)

STEP 4: Attach the Left Pedal to the Left Crank: Tighten the Left Pedal Counter-clockwise (facing the pedal)

Use a 15mm spanner (wrench) to tighten the pedal axle to approximately 35-50 Nm (30-35 ft lb). This is the standard torque for many bike pedals. Check the bike manufacturers guidelines.
How to Pair with the Cardiosport Console

STEP 4: Rotate the pedals by pedalling to wake them up and ready to connect to a bike computer and or Smart phone App, Smart Watch.

Follow the pairing process on the Zwift home page. Ensure your device Bluetooth is turned on.

Start pedalling to activate the pedals and wake them up and the follow the steps in the video.

Follow the pairing process on the CicloZone setup page. Ensure your device Bluetooth is turned on.

How to Pair to a Garmin watch

Follow the pairing process for sensors and accessories on your Garmin watch. Keep pedalling to activate the pedals and search sensors and accessories, 'Add new' and select 'Power'

The Power Pedals will be displayed as PWR - 1234. The 4 digit number will be different and unique to your pedal.
How to Pair to a Apple Watch SE

Follow the pairing process in the video for Apple Watch SE. Currently ONLY Apple Watch SE supports Power Sensor connectivity.

Go to indoor cycle settings to configure the workout pages to display Power (Watts).
How to remove the Pedals from a bike

Use a 15mm spanner (wrench) to loosen the Power Pedals.

To remove the Right Pedal, rotate the Pedal Counter-clockwise (facing the pedal)

To remove the Left Pedal, rotate the Pedal Clockwise (facing the pedal)
